Jacob's Story
Bethel Place is that certain place where rocky situations become pillars of worship.

It’s Jacob’s story in the book of Genesis, chapter 28. Jacob steps outside of his familiar place; a man with both challenges and promises over his head. He stops during his journey to destiny, to rest… and dream, a rock for his pillow.
​
And what a dream. He sees God, he sees opportunities, and he sees connection. Read it for yourself. It might just be exactly where you are. You have something to say AND something to do. You feel a tug, a pull and that certain something within that beckons you to step out.
God makes promises to Jacob of blessing, providence and continued presence. Jacob has an epiphany - God is at this amazing juncture, this awesome turning point. GOD brought Jacob to this certain place of realization and revelation. Jacob builds a cairn marking it as an altar of worship, and a new beginning.

I love the song, “The Room Where It Happens”, from the play “Hamilton.” I have been privileged to be in some of those rooms throughout 25 years in the corporate sector. Now, I want to help people get in those rooms or create their own rooms where things happen… their own places, a Bethel Place.

Some years ago God gave me the vision for a company that does what I love to do - support people in their God-given purposes and help them discover God’s promises in their lives… just like Jacob. And He gave me the name of the company - Bethel Place, that place where purpose and destiny connect with God’s promises.

As an ordained pastor, and under-shepherd of a church for the last two decades, I’ve traveled globally preaching the gospel and encouraging people to trust God to keep His promises. I’ve witnessed countless miracles and testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and I am honored to share God’s love through “mystory”, and the voices of others. So God has caused me to enlarge the place of my perverbial tent, and do in public what I am called to do by calling - Love God, Love God’s people and demonstrate the love of God IN purpose and ON purpose.

If your dream is not bigger than you, you are thinking too small. God is bigger than our abilities. Let’s take our “natural,” hone it, and join it with His super… natural. We will end up at Bethel Place. My vision is huge, but sincere, just like your vision. Let’s push the limits.
